Cannellini beans, with their typical white color and delicate flavour, are ideal for cooking tasty first courses, soups and veloutés. Once cooked they are easy to work with, which is why they are suitable for the preparation of gnocchi, croquettes and legume-based burgers.
Prepare the cannellini beans by soaking them for 12 hours and, if possible, changing the water approximately every 3 hours. Drain them and cook them in salted water for 90 minutes after boiling. Once drained they are ready to be used in the preparation of delicious dishes!
