Use: In a bowl, combine the mixture and 2 eggs and 100g of water (or just 200g of water) and mix, trying to form meatballs with your hands. You can give it different shapes if you like (even larger ones like burgers), or you can add grated vegetables or cheese. If necessary, add a little water to the mixture until it reaches the desired consistency. The ingredients are ready to use, cook in the pan for 10min. with oil or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. They can be enriched with tomato sauce and/spices. Season with salt and pepper.
