Sugars obtained by centrifugating and refining the juice of the sugarcane and of the beet.
They have the typical shape of the white/amber crystals and they are more than 99% sucrose.
The more or less vivid amber color depends on the molasses residues that remain in the product during the complex procedure of centrifugation.
The organic sugars are guaranteed coming from plants cultivated according to the rules of organic agriculture and contain no traces of the chemicals legally accepted, and commonly used, in the processing of conventional products. (e.g. floculants, sulfur dioxide etc...)
